Documents required for LLP Registration Registration:

1. Digital Signature Certificate (DSC)

• DSC for all designated partners (to sign electronic documents).

2. Designated Partner Identification Number (DPIN)

• DPIN for all designated partners (can be applied along with the registration process).

3. Identity Proof of Designated Partners (Any one of the following):

• PAN Card (mandatory for Indian nationals)

• Passport (mandatory for foreign nationals)

4. Address Proof of Designated Partners (Any one of the following, not older than 2 months):

• Aadhaar Card

• Voter ID Card

• Driving License

• Passport

• Utility Bill (Electricity, Water, or Gas)

• Bank Statement

5. Proof of Registered Office Address (Any one of the following, not older than 2 months):

• Utility Bill (Electricity, Water, or Gas)

• Rent Agreement or Lease Deed (if the premises are rented)

• Property Ownership Document (if the premises are owned)

• No Objection Certificate (NOC) from the property owner if the premises are rented.

6. LLP Agreement

• Draft LLP agreement detailing the rights and duties of partners, profit-sharing ratios, and operational management. This document is essential for defining the internal workings of the LLP.

7. Copy of Subscriber Sheet

• Signed by all partners, specifying their details and the contribution of each partner.

8. Declaration by Designated Partners (Form 2):

• A declaration confirming that the requirements of the LLP Act have been complied with.

9. Proof of Payment of Registration Fees

• Challan or proof of payment of the fee for LLP registration with the MCA.

10. Details of Partners and their Contributions

• Information regarding the number of partners and the capital contribution of each partner.
