Documents required for PTEC & PTRC Registration:

1. Application Form

• A duly filled application form for PTEC and PTRC registration as prescribed by the respective state government.

2. Identity Proof (Any one of the following):

• Aadhaar Card

• PAN Card

• Voter ID

• Passport

• Driving License

3. Address Proof (Any one of the following):

• Utility Bill (Electricity, Water, or Gas)

• Rent Agreement (if the premises are rented)

• Property Ownership Document (if owned)

• Bank Statement

4. PAN Card

• A copy of the Permanent Account Number (PAN) of the applicant or business entity.

5. Photographs

• Recent passport-sized photographs of the applicant or authorized signatory.

6. Nature of Profession/Business

• A declaration describing the nature of the profession or business being carried out.

7. Certificate of Incorporation (for companies)

• A copy of the certificate of incorporation for registered companies.

8. Partnership Deed (for partnerships)

• A copy of the partnership deed for partnership firms.

9. Business Registration Certificate

• A copy of the business registration certificate (such as GST registration or MSME registration).

10. Bank Account Details

• Details of the bank account used for business transactions, including a cancelled cheque or bank statement.

11. List of Employees (for PTRC)

• A list of employees along with their details, including PAN and salaries.
