• Digital Signature Certificate (DSC)

  1. DSC for all directors and shareholders (to sign electronic documents).

• Director Identification Number (DIN)

  1. DIN of all proposed directors (can be applied along with the registration process).

• Identity Proof of Directors and Shareholders (Any one of the following):

  1. PAN Card (mandatory for Indian nationals)

  2. Passport (mandatory for foreign nationals)

• Address Proof of Directors and Shareholders (Any one of the following, not older than 2 months):

  1. Aadhaar Card

  2. Voter ID Card

  3. Driving License

  4. Passport

  5. Bank Statement or Utility Bill (Electricity, Water, Telephone)

• Address Proof of Registered Office (Any one of the following, not older than 2 months):

  1. Utility Bill (Electricity, Water, or Gas)

  2. Rent Agreement or Lease Deed (if the premises are rented)

  3. Property Ownership Document (if the premises are owned)

  4. No Objection Certificate (NOC) from the property owner if the premises are rented.

• Memorandum of Association (MOA)

  1. Document that defines the company's objectives and scope of activities.

• Articles of Association (AOA)

  1. Document that outlines the rules and regulations governing the company’s internal management.

• Declaration by Directors (Form INC-9)

  1. A declaration from each director and shareholder that they are not disqualified from becoming a director.

• Proof of Identity and Address of Witnesses (if applicable):

  1. For those attesting the MOA and AOA, proof of identity and address might be needed.

• Copy of Subscriber Sheet

  1. Signed by all shareholders, specifying their details and the number of shares subscribed.

• Details of Shareholders and Shareholding Pattern

  1. Information regarding the number of shares held by each shareholder and their roles in the company.

• Proof of Payment of Registration Fees

  1. Challan or proof of payment of the fee for company registration with the MCA.
