• Application Form

  1. A duly filled application form for profession tax registration as prescribed by the respective state government.

• Identity Proof (Any one of the following):

  1. Aadhar Card

  2. PAN Card

  3. Voter ID

  4. Passport

  5. Driving License

• Address Proof (Any one of the following):

  1. Utility Bill (Electricity, Water, or Gas)

  2. Rent Agreement (if the premises are rented)

  3. Property Ownership Document (if owned)

  4. Bank Statement

• PAN Card

  1. The Permanent Account Number (PAN) of the applicant or business entity.

• Certificate of Incorporation (for companies)

  1. A copy of the certificate of incorporation for registered companies.

• Partnership Deed (for partnerships)

  1. A copy of the partnership deed for partnership firms.

• Business Registration Certificate

  1. A copy of the business registration certificate, if applicable (such as MSME registration, GST registration, etc.).

• Bank Account Details

  1. Details of the bank account to which the profession tax payments will be linked, including a cancelled cheque or bank statement.

• Declaration of the Nature of Business/Profession

  1. A declaration describing the nature of the business or profession being carried out.

• Photograph

1. Recent passport-sized photographs of the applicant or authorized signatory.
