Documents required for GST Registration:

1. PAN Card

• Permanent Account Number (PAN) of the business or the applicant (individual, partnership, etc.).

2. Identity Proof of the Applicant (Any one of the following):

• Aadhaar Card

• Voter ID

• Passport

• Driving License

3. Address Proof of the Business (Any one of the following):

• Utility Bill (Electricity, Water, or Gas)

• Rent Agreement (if the premises are rented)

• Property Ownership Document (if owned)

• NOC (No Objection Certificate) from the property owner (if rented).

4. Bank Account Statement/Cancelled Cheque

• A recent bank statement or a cancelled cheque showing the name of the business entity or the proprietor.

5. Photograph

• Passport-sized photograph of the applicant.

6. Business Registration Document (if applicable):

• Partnership deed (for partnerships)

• Certificate of incorporation (for companies)

• Any other relevant registration documents.

7. Details of Goods and Services

• Description of the goods and/or services supplied by the business, including HSN (Harmonized System of Nomenclature) codes for goods and SAC (Services Accounting Code) for services.

8. Authorisation Letter (if applicable)

• If the application is being submitted by a third party, an authorization letter from the applicant is required.

9. Additional Documents for Specific Cases:

• For Companies: Memorandum of Association (MOA) and Articles of Association (AOA).

• For LLP: LLP Agreement.
