Documents required for Public Limited Company Registration:

1. Digital Signature Certificate (DSC)

• DSC for all directors (to sign electronic documents).

2. Director Identification Number (DIN)

• DIN for all proposed directors (can be applied along with the registration process).

3. Identity Proof of Directors (Any one of the following for each director):

• PAN Card (mandatory for Indian nationals)

• Passport (mandatory for foreign nationals)

4. Address Proof of Directors (Any one of the following for each director, not older than 2 months):

5. Proof of Registered Office Address (Any one of the following, not older than 2 months):

• No Objection Certificate (NOC) from the property owner if the premises are rented.

6. Memorandum of Association (MOA)

• Document defining the company's objectives and scope of activities.

7. Articles of Association (AOA)

• Document outlining the rules and regulations governing the internal management of the company.

8. Prospectus (if applicable)

• A detailed document providing information about the company to potential investors, including financial statements, risks, and business objectives.

9. Declaration by Directors (Form INC-9)

• A declaration from each director that they are not disqualified from becoming a director.

10. Copy of Subscriber Sheet

• Document signed by all shareholders, specifying their details and the number of shares subscribed.

11. Details of Shareholders and Shareholding Pattern

• Information regarding the number of shares held by each shareholder and their roles in the company.

12. Proof of Payment of Registration Fees
