• Application Form

  1. Complete the online application form on the DGFT website.

• Identity Proof

  1. PAN Card: Copy of the Permanent Account Number (PAN) card.

  2. Aadhaar Card: Copy of the Aadhaar card (if applicable).

• Business Registration Documents

  1. Partnership Deed: For partnerships.

  2. Certificate of Incorporation: For companies, along with the Memorandum and Articles of Association.

  3. Proprietorship Documents: Affidavit or declaration for sole proprietorships.

• Address Proof

  1. Business Address Proof: Rental agreement, utility bill, or property deed.

  2. Registered Office Address: If different from the business address.

• Bank Account Details

  1. Cancelled Cheque: A cancelled cheque of the current account in the business name.

  2. Bank Certificate: Certificate from the bank confirming account details.

• Digital Signature

  1. Digital Signature Certificate (DSC): Valid DSC of the authorized signatory for online applications.

• Photograph

  1. Passport-sized Photograph: Recent passport-sized photograph of the applicant or authorized signatory.

• Other Relevant Documents

  1. Business Profile: Brief profile of the business, including types of products/services.

  2. NOC or Approvals: Any other necessary approvals or No Objection Certificates (NOCs).
