Documents required for Digital Signature Certificate:

1. Application Form

• Duly filled and signed DSC application form from the Certifying Authority (CA).

2. Identity Proof (Any one of the following):

• Aadhaar Card (with a clear photocopy)

• PAN Card

• Passport

• Driving License

• Voter ID Card

3. Address Proof (Any one of the following):

• Aadhaar Card

• Passport

• Driving License

• Voter ID Card

• Utility Bill (Electricity, Water, or Telephone bill, not older than 3 months)

• Bank Statement (not older than 3 months)

4. Passport Size Photograph

• Recent passport-sized color photograph of the applicant.

5. Attestation

• Documents may need to be attested by a Gazetted Officer, Bank Manager, or Postmaster (if required by the Certifying Authority).

6. Authorization Letter (For Organization-based DSC):

• A letter of authorization on the organization’s letterhead, signed by an authorized signatory.

7. Copy of Company Registration Certificate (For Organization-based DSC):

• Certificate of Incorporation, partnership deed, or registration document for companies, LLPs, or partnership firms.

8. GST Registration Certificate (If applicable):

• Copy of the GST registration certificate of the business entity.

9. Proof of Bank Account (For KYC):

• A cancelled cheque or bank passbook copy for bank account verification.
