  1. A clear and complete copy of the work being registered (e.g., literary work, musical composition, artistic work, etc.). This could include manuscripts, recordings, or digital files.

• No Objection Certificate (NOC) (if applicable)

  1. A NOC from co-authors or contributors if the work has multiple authors, stating their agreement to register the work.

• Power of Attorney (if applicable)

  1. A signed Power of Attorney if a representative or agent is filing the application on behalf of the applicant.

• Proof of Publication (if applicable)

  1. Evidence of publication, such as an ISBN for books, registration details for musical works, or any relevant certificates.

• Address Proof

  1. A copy of the address proof of the applicant, such as utility bills or rental agreements.
