3. Address Proof (Any one of the following):

• Utility Bill (Electricity, Water, or Gas)

• Rent Agreement (if the premises are rented)

• Property Ownership Document (if owned)

• Bank Statement

4. PAN Card

• A copy of the Permanent Account Number (PAN) of the business entity.

5. Certificate of Incorporation (for companies)

• A copy of the certificate of incorporation for registered companies.

6. Partnership Deed (for partnerships)

• A copy of the partnership deed for partnership firms.

7. Business Registration Certificate

• A copy of the business registration certificate (such as GST registration or MSME registration).

8. Bank Account Details

• Details of the bank account used for business transactions, including a cancelled cheque or bank statement.

9. List of Employees

• A list of employees along with their details, including PAN, Aadhaar number, and salaries.

10. Trust Deed (if applicable)

• A copy of the trust deed if the organization is a trust.

11. Specimen Signature of Authorized Signatory

• Specimen signatures of the authorized signatory of the business.
