Documents required for Trade Licence:

1. Application Form

• Duly filled and signed Trade License application form as provided by the respective municipal corporation.

2. Identity Proof of the Applicant (Any one of the following):

• Aadhaar Card

• Voter ID Card

• Passport

• PAN Card

• Driving License

3. Address Proof of the Applicant (Any one of the following):

• Aadhaar Card

• Utility Bill (Electricity, Water, or Gas bill)

• Rent Agreement or Lease Deed (if the premises are rented)

• Property Tax Receipt (if the premises are owned)

4. Proof of Ownership/Occupancy of Business Premises

• Property ownership document (if the premises are owned) or rent/lease agreement (if the premises are rented).

5. NOC from Property Owner (If applicable)

• No Objection Certificate from the owner of the premises if the business operates in a rented property.

6. Business Address Proof

• Recent utility bill (electricity, water) or trade-specific certificates issued by other government authorities.

7. Copy of Business Registration Certificate

• Certificate of Incorporation, partnership deed, or registration under the Shops and Establishments Act or MSME (if applicable).

8. MOA and AOA/Partnership Deed (If applicable)

• Memorandum of Association (MOA) and Articles of Association (AOA) for companies or partnership deed for partnership firms.

9. Layout Plan of the Business Premises

• A detailed site or layout plan of the business premises, indicating the area of operation.

10. Challan/Proof of Fee Payment

• Proof of payment of the prescribed fee for Trade License issuance.

11. PAN Card of Business/Applicant

• PAN card of the business entity or applicant.

12. Photographs of the Applicant

• Recent passport-sized photographs of the applicant.
