Documents required for Import Export Code (IEC) Modification:

1. Application Form

• Online Modification Application: Complete the online application form for modification on the DGFT website.

Existing IEC Copy

• Copy of the Current IEC: A copy of your existing Import Export Code.

2. Identity Proof

• PAN Card: Copy of the Permanent Account Number (PAN) card of the applicant.

• Aadhaar Card: Copy of the Aadhaar card (if applicable).

3. Business Registration Documents

• Partnership Deed: If there’s a change in partnership details.

• Certificate of Incorporation: For companies, if there’s a change in the company name or structure.

• Proprietorship Documents: Updated affidavit or declaration for sole proprietorships, if applicable.

4. Address Proof

• New Business Address Proof: If changing the address, provide a rental agreement, utility bill, or property deed for the new address.

• Registered Office Address: If different from the business address.

5. Bank Account Details

• Cancelled Cheque: A cancelled cheque of the current account in the business name (if the bank details are changing).

• Bank Certificate: Certificate from the bank confirming updated account details.

6. Digital Signature

• Digital Signature Certificate (DSC): Valid DSC of the authorized signatory for online modifications.

7. Photograph

• Passport-sized Photograph: Recent passport-sized photograph of the applicant or authorized signatory (if applicable).

8. Other Relevant Documents

• Business Profile: Updated profile of the business, including any changes in products or services.

• NOC or Approvals: Any necessary approvals or No Objection Certificates (NOCs) related to the changes.
